I was very sad to hear that Jill Dando had been shot on her London Doorstep. The case should be solved. The image below is that of a man I 'saw' linked to this murder. Past cases are reproduced below which have been verified by media and or police sources from past case identifications. While this is not evidence as such it is intended to help the police locate and find hard evidence as to the whereabouts and identity of Jills Killer
Feel he is local to Jill, in thirties, tall five eleven or so with dark hair. He looks foreign in origin but he is not really dark skinned.
Dark wavy hair, fairly long at back. Deep set eyes, slim build and also thin nose and features. High Forehead.
Has links to government or embassy, and seems to have white car saloon type.
East end of London, ground floor flat, The Number 4 seems prominent. Initials W W. Religious group member, also a political fanatic, questions concerning Muslims. Did not like Jills beliefs. Did not really know her personally only followed her on TV but has her photos in his house. He has other photos in his house and it is possible this could happen again with another high profile person. News reader perhaps.
This person wanted something to do with films, has worked in the hotel trade and has links with a propaganda, magazine.
Obsessive personality, able to distance himself from other people when he has to. Will follow a cause to the end and is capable of suicide. Seems to have links with hotel trade and cooking. Strong overseas links.

The i-FIT PICTURE, LEFT. Was produced by Carol Everett on the 27th April 1999. This picture and other details were sent to police on the 29th April 99. At approx 11.00AM By Fax. To date there is still no acknowledgement of receipt.
HOWEVER, INDEPENDENT WITNESS to this drawing include Daily Mirror journalists on the 29th April 1999, They received and acknowledged copies as police were also receiving their copies.

Police then released the e-fit picture to right on 30th APRIL. Days after the drawing By Carol Everett had been witnessed by media. The police drawing was possibly incorrect, but Carol Everett's drawing is compared below. BUT, if this is not a picture of Barry George, then whoever killed Jill really looks just like him. SEE NOTE BELOW

REMEMBER... People tend to conveniently for get this point!!!.. THE DRAWING ON THE LEFT, as in all cases, was produced with ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. NO EYE WITNESSES, NO DESCRIPTIONS, NO THEORIES AND NO POLICE CONTACT, and BEFORE any official ID pictures had been released. As to it's accuracy. WHAT DOES HE LOOK LIKE NOW??

HAIRCUT.SIR.... The hair can sometimes be a problem, people get it cut, grow it etc. You've seen the drawing and also the police ID i-fit above, but have a look at this SAME picture, as shown here on the left with but with a different hairstyle. Same picture with just the hair changed to same style as picture, and with his ears showing. Its that changeable.
THE picture to the right is a picture of the man arrested for Jill Dandos murder. Mr Barry George. This is the picture is that circulating newspapers etc. Usually in a case a picture surfaces that matches closely the drawing Carol has done for the police. A different picture angle or expression can change appearances, but a drawing is not a photo, just an artists impression, people see people differently. BUT Carol's drawings are done with no prior info and without any initial comparison pictures. They are done completely blind from scratch. Anyway, check out his features one by one and decide yourself.

NOTE***** We reckon its close, but were not saying if Barry George did this or not. There is huge controversy about the evidence in this case. But what we do say is this. If the drawing Carol produced is not actually Barry George then it is almost 100% certain that the murderer is someone who looks just like him. All possibilities exist as Barry George was convicted on mainly circumstantial evidence not hard fact. Not the best of results. In this case 'someone' had to be guilty because it was so high profile, and someone had to be found fast. Carols drawing of the person she sees on the crime does not mean the Police just go out and say here he is. They have to also find hard evidence to use in a court case themselves to gain a conviction. Carol's drawings are not used as evidence, ever. Defence would have a beano. **********


COMPARISONS OF
CAROL EVERETT'S ORIGINAL DRAWING

On the left, for comparison is the original drawing carol produced with no information and before releases of police pictures. This as given to police and to media on 27/28th Apr 1999. As many of you will note from the extensive media coverage, Barry George has had many changed 'looks' over the years, he regularly changed his appearance and hair style. Its hard to say that the drawing produced by Carol Everett long before Barry George's arrest and conviction is him or not it could be one and the same person. But carol also mentioned foreign links and fanatical behaviour, this does not seem to be Barry Georges profile though he obviously had some 'obsessions'. Check out the 'psychological and case profile' given the police relating to the 'IDed' suspect. (Below). I guess we might say is, 'If Barry George didn't do it, then someone who looks just like him sure did'. So do you know who. Carol even said that a wrongly arrested guy from the past would be released and also drew him before we got to see him or heard of the arrest. SEE NOTE ABOVE

The same drawing and web WWW site URL, and the additional other information 'relating' to the case was faxed directly to the incident room at the same time on 29th. There is other 'information' which cannot be published on a web site if police decide to ask.

16th May 1999...WRONGLY ACCUSED..
The picture, far left, again produced by Carol Everett on 16th May 1999, relates to a person connected to the Jill Dando case who Carol expects will, in error draw the attention of the police. Police will interview him, but it won't be him. He is someone who could possibly even be accused, he is from Jills past but in this instance is accused wrongly. To date he is not known.

Hey here he is. !! Here shown immediate LEFT is a picture of this same 'man', he turns out to be a game warden as shown in the Mail On Sunday 23May. Check out the similarities, even though the man in the photo has his eyes squinted against the sun, and the drawing makes him look a little ugly, check the hair, face shape, the nose, the lips, bags under eyes etc etc. And don't forget. The drawing was done before anyone else knew who the hell he was, It could well have been a slim narrow faced blonde man with a beard and limp. But The drawing is closer than many police photofits. Sorry for poor picture (photo) quality.

THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT, 'WHAT' MATCHES CAROL'S INFO

TAKEN FROM NEWSPAPER COVERAGE May 5th 2001. Barry George was convicted with circumstantial evidence only no fact or DNA..
If you went into the accused persons flat with the photo-fit above, while looking at all the information and all the clues, do you think as a sleuth, you have been helped by the clues and pictures. Would they be accurate enough to warrant investigating further.
Remember all this information was obtained by just looking at Jill Dandos photo in the Newspaper.

CAROL EVERETTs ORIGINAL STATEMENTS and Hindsight real life 'apparent' verification
Statement...In his thirties.
Hindsight...At the time of the murder George according to the papers would have been thirty nine.

Statement... Links with an Embassy, Religious group member a Political fanatic questions concerning Muslims.
Hindsight... reported in The Sun, May 5th 01. He had also called himself Thomas Palmer after an SAS soldier in the 1980 Iran Embassy siege.

Statement... Has her photo in his house, has others photos in his house, its possible that this could happen again with another high profile person, like a Newsreader.
Hindsight...Sun Paper reports May 5th 01. Camera film found at his address which included pictures of presenters on screen and also Newscasters,

Statement... Has links with propaganda magazine.
Hind sight... reported in The Sun, May 5th 01. A vast array of Military paraphernalia, gun magazines on the SAS was found at Georges home.

Statement... Wanted to do something to do with films
Hindsight... George held an exaggerated interest in well known figures, among them was Steve Austin, TV bionic man, telephone numbers at the BBC and film pictures of Anthea Turner were found at his flat.

Statement... He lived in ground floor flat. Strong overseas contacts.
Hindsight... George was married to a Japanese girl, and lived in a ground floor apartment.

Just What does Carol do.
Investigations are spare time, Carols main role is working with 'impossible' to diagnose medical conditions. She works with patients medical doctors and alternative practitioners, particularly from the USA helping solve exceptionally illusive medical problems.

Investigations
An example, when in Japan working on missing people cases, Carol and Fuji TV worked in conjunction with the police to produce an investigations section of a documentary on how 'intuitive' people can help in unfathomable situations. In one example Carol was filmed taking the Japanese crew to the last place where a father and son were seen alive. They had last been seen at a hotel on the shores of lake Koyoto. Unknown to Carol the wife of the missing husband, her son, had received a letter, it said, "the next time you hear from me I will be at the bottom of the dark waters". Another fact unknown was that they had also all been there on holiday, a year before they went missing. Carol even took them and pointed out the room where they stayed, and the room number.

Japanese TV invited Carol to Japan again last year to work on missing children but Carol had just returned from America where she had been working in doctors offices with medical diagnosis. Carol at this time uses her energies working with doctors in America, working on cases which cannot be answered in ordinary ways. Carol who is naturally gifted from birth is adaptable in medium work, psychic artist, police work, healing, and clairvoyance. Carol was scientifically tested on her abilities to heal and for in diagnosis, in Japan. This is covered elsewhere on this site. Carol usually keeps a low profile in England but has been filmed in her work on many occasions in chat show and various documentary segments.
